Class Information and Basic Guidelines(For Info about Beginner Yoga please click here)
*Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. If you arrive late, enter the class quietly and respectfully. *Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for expressive movement. Shorts and tank tops or tights and t-shirt are fine. *Leave pagers and cell phones outside class. Healers on call, please consult with your teacher. *You will be more comfortable if you eat less before class. Preferably no food 2-3 hours before class. *Some students may have chemical allergies, so please no fragrances. *Ask lots of questions *If you have any physical limitations please tell your teacher. A private session may be appropriate to prepare you for confort and success in public class. *Classes missed can be made up at any class during the same session or you may bring a friend for a free class as your make-up class.
PARKING *Daytime students please leave the spaces directly in front of the studio open so that Kids Campus can load children safely on curbside. Thanks. Bless the Children!
