LAUREN BLECK
Suzanne Bjorge, RYT
Suzanne received her 200 hour Teaching Certificate at the Shoshoni School of Yoga and Retreat and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She studies and teaches Hatha yoga.
"Yoga is different for everyone. I introduce students to their own practice. Some reach for the spiritual and others like to just physically work and sweat for an hour while I lead them through a challenging practice. Most yogis find a balance between the two. They come to their mat again and again, learning to notice stillness and the art of letting go. I believe that yoga has helped me create a life of conscious living so I can live life well and bring the benefits of yoga to others. Namaste."
